The Ground Team provides organized field-search capabilities in wilderness, rural, and urban-interface environments. Members work in assigned search areas, document their coverage, identify and report clues, and assist missing or injured persons as directed.
Ground personnel train in navigation, search techniques, communications, field safety, first aid, and operating effectively as part of an incident command structure.
